We will pick low risk high income properties that are either ready to let or a short painting and decorating job away to a let.

You will pay solicitors, surveyors, sourcing fees to agents, broker fees, accountants and finally your deposit and you start making money. Our partners will be showing the property while the paperwork runs.

Expect a 20 to 25% deposit to be paid for each purchase.
